I love making hand made felt from fleece I get from rare breed sheep and embroidering on to it. The tactility of the felt and thread together enhances my embroidering experience.

The stitch can be placed on top of the felt or couched in.

Felt and couched passing are an interesting combination.
                                                    

 A fine layer of soft fleece adds a luxurious ephemeral feel.
