Well where to begin. The Covid19 Pandemic from January 2020 brought massive reductions in life and all art based initiatives. Lockdowns to help reduce the spread of the illness changed life as any of us knew it. I had Covid19 at the end of January 2020. Luckily already living with Chronic illness I had experience, skills and a support system to work in lockdown and isolation. I also had my Art, embroidery, textiles, and creativity. These would once again prove their worth. I also decided to make them my main focus, a life saving decision.

A visit to Chertsey museum in February was to be a rare delight with their costume and Fan collection providing inspiration.

Returning to finish off UFO’s was the easiest approach. Also completing commissions. This was made for bravery for an Irish gentleman in July 2020.

One lifeline of the pandemic where regular trips to Wisley RHS gardens. Seeing the gardens through all the seasons has been sheer bliss.
